There may be Max Payne 3 weapons that would work better for GTAO-introduced weapons, like MP3's Sawed Off Shotgun being used for the Double Barrel Shotgun in GTA V, but it appears nowhere in GTA V's Story Mode, let alone even Singleplayer since they stopped adding GTAO content to SP. Those would probably be the better ones to transfer over to GTA V's Single Player/Story Mode friendly weapons. As far as I know the real quality weapons are the ones used in Max Payne 3's Single Player mode.
There may be multiplayer only weapons from Max Payne 3 that might work better for some GTA V weapons, but I don't know too much about them. Then the grenade, grenade launcher, and molotov cocktails are pretty self explanatory, along with maybe using the C4 item used in the hotel for Sticky Bombs. 38 Revolver - Combat Pistol (Police in V carry this or the basic Pistol, and this actually works out since in most cities you can carry the department's standard pistol or a revolver with certain specifications)
At least the Single Player/Vanilla weapons (that way such pack can be Singleplayer/Story Mode friendly).
